Amazing experience!
We were a group of newbies and an excellent instructor made sure we felt safe and in control at all times. Lots of chats, lots of kayaking, lots of SEALS (so cool) and lots of thinking about booking our next one!???? The instructor made it the awesome experience it was. Nothing was ever too much bother, no matter what I asked. There was a really easygoing vibe and it made it a fun and relaxed first time kayaking trip ????

They were helpful, funny, kind, experienced, knowledgeable, & great craic all around! I am super proud of myself for doing the Dalkey kayak tour with my other half. We got to challenge ourselves and see some cool creatures of the sea. We now have these new memories we will always look back on and would be keen to do it again with any friends and family who visit us here in Dublin. I completely recommend this tour!
Experience a different view of Dalkey
my partner, friend and I went on the Dalkey tour and will never forget it. Apart from the amazing nature and scenery and fun with the seals, the two lads we had as instructors were very good at their job. We all felt safe and had great craic out on the water and no-one felt left behind. They were so professional with great skill and experience and great to talk to! Very impressed and we all want to go again.
Lovely way to spend a day!
Susan and I were out with Clara this morning on the canal in Leixlip. A. a more pleasant personable person you are unlikely to meet. For us, she made it a really fun pleasurable experience.
I suffer with a bad back and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable it was a lovely way to spend a morning.

Experience a different view of Dalkey
The tour is very well organised and all the crew are friendly and supportive. Jenny was a great leader, ensuring that everyone was keeping up and could hear her speak about each area we kayaked through. We spend a lot of time in Dalkey but this was a really different view! The seals were so cool and very curious – one followed us right back to the harbor! We will definitely do this again and recommend for all visitors to Dublin.
Great day out in Dublin
This is a brilliant day out in Dalkey, with wonderful views and really helpful and friendly instructors/guides. There’s also a great chance of seeing the seals as you kayak over to Dalkey Island. We were both beginners and they made us feel completely comfortable and created a lovely atmosphere in a group full of strangers! Would highly recommend this.
Do Not Miss Out on This!
If you are at all adventurous, this is an amazing way to see the east coast. I am a professional kayak guide, and so would be the first to find something to criticize. But I can say nothing but good things about the trip. I did the early morning trip. The guide was excellent. She gave just the right amount of instruction to help us all manoeuvre our boats and make the most of our short trip. We saw seals and dolphins, birds, and amazing seascapes. You have to be ok getting a bit wet. But between the tour, and then the time after in charming Dalkey – it is worth every splash!
Best thing to do in Dublin!
My birthday was on Sunday, and me, my sister, my husband, his cousin, and the cousin’s wife were in Dublin on a little family vacation and this was the activity chosen to celebrate my most recent trip around the sun! We’ve had some amazing adventures abroad over the years, both as a group and separately, but hands down, kayaking in Dalkey was THE BEST thing any of us have ever done overseas!
